11. CATAPA Uptime SLA

CATAPA Uptime SLA is 99% per month. Exclusions:
- Scheduled maintenance slots on Saturday and Sunday from 00:00 to 06:00 (WIB) on each day
- Force Majeure, including but not limited to:
- Infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, network provider, etc) maintenance or service disruption
- Regional, National, or International network connection disruption
- Result of voluntarily action of third party, that intentionally cause service disruption (DDoS)
