11. CATAPA Uptime SLA


CATAPA Uptime SLA is 99% per month. Exclusions:

  1. Scheduled maintenance slots on Saturday and Sunday from 00:00 to 06:00 (WIB) on each day
  2. Force Majeure, including but not limited to:
  3. Infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, network provider, etc) maintenance or service disruption
  4. Regional, National, or International network connection disruption
  5. Result of voluntarily action of third party, that intentionally cause service disruption (DDoS)
